1.1. Personal data that beneficiaries, subcontractors and other contractors provide to us in the framework of their collaboration

The personal data mentioned in art. 1.3 above are collected on the basis of the conclusion and execution of an individual employment contract or a collaboration / service contract and for the fulfillment of the legal obligations imposed on our company.
