Cookies Policy
Guide for the implementation of cookies in accordance with the GDPR regulations
For the correct implementation of cookies on the website, the following will be taken into account:
List the categories of cookies used (necessary / preferences / statistics / marketing) and add a short description (a sentence / phrase) about the purpose they serve, in a clear and easy to understand language for the user.
Each category will have a separate box.
The box with the strictly necessary cookies must be pre-checked so that the site can function in optimal conditions.
In the case of cookies that retain statistical, preference, analytical or marketing data, the person must be able to check the box if they wish. This possibility must exist from the moment you access the site as well as at any other time later.
The GDPR regulation is applicable regardless of whether the cookies process personal data or not. Therefore, statistical, preference, analytical and marketing cookies should not be pre-checked.
The consent of the person must be requested before activating a cookie. The expression of consent must be done actively, by a movement on the part of the user, respectively by ticking the box. Thus, activating cookies by simply browsing the site, or by a simple general acceptance button is not enough.
These cookies cannot be used until the moment of ticking and there must always be the possibility to withdraw consent (by unchecking the box).
Renewal of consent must be made by sending a notification after 12 months from the acceptance of cookies. If the box is not checked, it is considered that consent is given and these cookies can no longer be used. Proof of the user's consent must be kept.
Below you will find a model used in practice, which we consider to be the most suitable.
Of course, any other way of implementing cookies is good as long as it follows the rules stated above.
By pressing the “Show details” button, a table will appear showing all the cookies used on the respective site according to their category (cookie declaration).
As can be seen, the boxes: "Preferences", "Statistics" and "Marketing" are not checked, in this sense, the boxes must be actually checked by users.
By clicking on the “About cookies” column, a brief presentation of the cookie use policy of the respective site and a link to the entire policy will be displayed.
The cookie policy is described below. This is developed taking into account the example above and must be modified according to the technical features (related to the categories of cookies) of the site.
COOKIE POLICY
The information presented below aims to bring to the user's knowledge more details about the placement, use and administration of cookies used by CAMICNA CONSTRUCÈšII SRL through the Internet site www.camicnaconstructii.ro .
The website uses its own and third-party cookies to offer visitors a better browsing experience and services tailored to the needs and interests of each.
Cookies:
An "Internet Cookie" (also known as a "browser cookie" or "HTTP cookie" or simply a "cookie") is a small file, consisting of letters and numbers, that will be stored on your computer, mobile terminal or on other equipment of the site user.
Format
A cookie is made up of two parts: the name and the content or value of the cookie. Moreover, the lifespan of a cookie is determined; technically, only the web server that sent the cookie can access it again when a user returns to the website associated with that web server.
In this way, two types of cookies are used: per session and fixed. The per session are temporary files that remain in the user's terminal until the end of the session or closing the application (web browser). The fixed files remain on the user's terminal for the period set in the cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user.
Installation
The cookie is installed by request from a web server to a browser (eg Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and is completely "passive" because it does not contain software, viruses or spyware and can not access the information on user's hard drive.
Cookies themselves do not require personal information in order to be used and, in most cases, do not personally identify internet users.
Importance
Cookies are the focal point of the efficient operation of the Internet, helping to generate a friendly browsing experience tailored to the preferences and interests of each user.

4. Cookies for advertising (marketing): offers the possibility to monitor the online activities of users and to establish user profiles, which can be used for marketing purposes. This process is called interest-based advertising. Common interests are grouped according to the browsing activity carried out previously and users are served only advertising that matches their interests (Google Analytics, WordPress, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar).
